About company
Townscape is a commercial and residential real estate developer based in Berlin. Our management team, consisting of Henrik Sassenscheidt, Filip Aulin and brothers Philipp and Sebastian Grabianowski, not only looks back on a long-standing friendship but also complements and completes each other professionally in the various disciplines of real estate development.
All partners have an international background, having lived, studied, and worked abroad for many years. The four family men’s management style is based on partnership and is characterized by its down-to-earth, straightforward approach and their exacting standards, both for themselves and the projects they’re developing.
