It is worth noting that the founder of the company, Mr. Ali Muhammad Jumaa - Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a successful businessman with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Mr. BR Rama Kershnan - Executive Vice President, he has extensive experience of more than 23 years in important administrative positions in insurance companies in the Sultanate of Oman. One of the most important sources of the company's strength is its team of qualified employees who have diverse experiences that enable them to provide innovative solutions that suit customers' requirements. Vision Insurance Company (SAOG) was established with an authorized capital of 10 million Omani riyals and a paid-up capital of 5 million Omani riyals. It was officially registered in the Sultanate of Oman in September 2007 and commenced operations in May 2008. It focuses its attention on the market in the Sultanate, but it aspires to transcend borders and expand regionally in the region. It is the only insurance company that has been able to open a wide network of branches in various parts of the Sultanate. The company is associated with a group of leading investment companies with extensive experience in the field of insurance and investment. The company was able to obtain insurance premiums amounting to more than 8 million Omani riyals during the first twelve months of its operation. The company has strong reinsurance facilities.
