Our head of the notarial department, Mr. Frank Heydemann, is your first point of contact to first clarify the type and scope as well as the parties involved in the legal transaction with you. Of course, if you wish, a personal consultation can be arranged with one of the notaries. It goes without saying that we also send draft contracts to those directly involved in the contract before each certification so that you have the opportunity to examine the draft contracts in peace. Even before the notarization date, questions can be answered and change requests can be incorporated into the drafts, which is ultimately also possible within the scope of the notarization date.
